At the Turkmenistan Volleyball Championship among junior boys born in 2010, held in the city of Ashgabat, our velayat's national team emerged as the winner of the competition, claiming the first place. In this fiercely contested tournament featuring 10 of the country's most capable and strongest teams, the young volleyball players of our velayat demonstrated high-level preparation and stood out remarkably. The achievement of this proud success reflects the hard work and worthy contribution of every team member. One of the team's key players, who distinguished himself through his individual talent and skill throughout the championship, was Mukam Merdanow, who was named "Best Player" based on the tournament results and awarded a special cup. Having been actively involved in sports since childhood, Mukam currently trains at Sports School No. 10 in the city of Türkmenabat. In recent years, he has managed to establish himself as a true master of this sport. The young athlete steadily enhances his professional skills by combining the advice of his experienced coach, Arslan Gylyjow, and the lessons learned during training sessions with his own talent. Mukam, who stands out from his peers on the court with his agility, attacking ability, and skillful blocking of opponents' hits, effectively puts the instructions given during training into practice in competitions. This helps him achieve high results and earn special diplomas not only at state-level championships, but also in velayat-scale tournaments.
