The Ministry of External Affairs of India, in cooperation with the MyGov platform, has announced an international short video competition titled “BRICS-2026: India’s Role in the Global Space”.

The Embassy of India in Ashgabat invites residents of Turkmenistan, particularly citizens who have visited India as part of familiarization and educational programmes, to participate in this creative competition.

The main objective of the competition is to showcase India’s culture, diversity and technological achievements through short videos, as well as the country’s growing role on the international stage during its BRICS chairmanship.

Participants can prepare short Reels videos featuring their personal impressions, memories and creative perspectives related to India.

Entries are accepted from September 10 to 14. The official hashtag #MEAIndia is required to be included in the video description.

The full terms and conditions of the competition, rules and the relevant submission form have been published on the official MyGov platform of the Government of India.

The competition provides residents of Turkmenistan with an opportunity to creatively share their personal experiences related to India and present their views on the country’s culture, technology and international cooperation to a wider audience.
