State Concern "Turkmennebit" authorized to sign agreement with "PETRONAS"

To effectively implement the objectives set for the oil and gas industry and to optimize the development of licensed blocks in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a significant document. Under this resolution, the State Concern "Turkmennebit" is authorized to enter into an agreement with Malaysia’s "PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd" and the "Hazarnebit" state enterprise. This partnership aims to enhance the extraction and management of hydrocarbon resources in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Hydrocarbon Resources," further strengthening the country’s energy cooperation on the international stage.
