Supreme Commander-in-Chief sends a congratulatory message to the graduates of the country's military and law enforcement agencies

Dear graduates! I sincerely congratulate you on the successful graduation from the Military Academy of Turkmenistan and other higher educational institutions preparing specialists for our country’s military and law enforcement agencies, on receiving your higher professional education and first officer rank, and on embarking on your career path in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State. It is your sacred duty to firmly observe the principles, goals, and tasks of the defensive Military Doctrine of our country, to protect our national values, the peaceful and happy life of our citizens, and to ensure the supremacy of law in our society. I wish you steadfastness and great success in your responsible service in ensuring the reliable protection of the great Independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, constitutional order, defense capability, inviolability of state borders, national security, and public tranquility.

Valiant defenders of the Fatherland! For a person, the Motherland is the most sacred of all. Serving the Motherland is a high honor. That is why consistent work is being carried out in our country to improve the service and living conditions of military personnel and their families. The commissioning of new buildings and facilities in military units on the occasion of the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland is a clear testament to the care for our valiant warriors.

Today, the green flag of our independent country flies high in the hands of brave and courageous sons who have sworn to protect the country. You are the descendants of glorious ancestors such as Oguz Khan, Bayram Khan, Toghrul Beg, Chaghry Beg, Alp Arslan, Sultan Sanjar, Sultan Jalaleddin, and Keimir Serdar. It is your sacred duty to remain faithful to their patriotic principles.

I firmly believe that you will become the iron fortress and steel shield of independent Turkmenistan, and that you will vigilantly guard the peace of our people and the inviolability of our sacred borders.

Respected officers and teachers! Your main task is to enhance the professional training of military personnel, to educate them in the spirit of patriotism worthy of the glory of our ancestors, and to combine modern teaching methods with international experience, relying on the achievements of science, technology, and digital systems.
