In the year of "Independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan — the homeland of galloping steeds," great successes are being achieved in the sectors of our national economy. Under the wise leadership of the esteemed President, large-scale work is being implemented to strengthen food security and fully supply domestic markets with environmentally friendly and high-quality local products. In this direction, workers in the private sector of our national economy are also achieving great successes and conquering high milestones. The effective activities of entrepreneurs, inspired by state support, serve as a clear confirmation of this. In particular, the work of the specialized dairy and dairy product farm under the "Çöl gämisi" brand is full proof of this.
This farm, belonging to entrepreneur Polat Kanaýew, was founded in 2014. Located on the territory of the "Ahal" daikhan association in the Gokdepe etrap of the Ahal velayat, with a total area of 144 hectares, all modern conditions have been created here for the effective and scientifically grounded organization of production. To continuously and consistently prepare dairy products, 286 camels and 150 cattle are kept here. About 20 workers and specialists work diligently and harmoniously in the farm, paying special attention to the quality, storage, and hygiene standards of the products they prepare. That is why the products manufactured here noticeably stand out for their high quality and ecological purity.
Currently, the farm produces and delivers pasteurized cow's milk, medicinal camel chal, agaran, doyran, sour cream, and various types of salted and smoked cheeses to consumers. Especially with the arrival of sultry summer days, the demand for these national products, which possess thirst-quenching properties and medicinal characteristics, is steadily growing in markets and retail outlets.
