The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus, Nazarguly Shagulyyev, held a bilateral meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Minsk, Nuriddin Mamajonov. According to the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan, the diplomats reviewed the current state and future prospects of Turkmen-Uzbek relations.

The discussions focused primarily on strengthening economic and cultural ties, as well as enhancing joint collaboration within multilateral platforms, particularly the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

The Uzbek diplomat reaffirmed Tashkent's commitment to deepening strategic partnership and expressed high interest in expanding multifaceted dialogue between the two neighboring Central Asian nations.
