The State Flag of Turkmenistan was raised on the Golubina Glacier in the Ala-Archa gorge in Kazakhstan (in the Tian Shan mountain range), at an altitude of 3,300 meters above sea level. This was reported by the "Turkmenistan Information Portal."

This ceremonial ascent in the Tian Shan mountains was dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence.

The initiative was carried out by Dinara Begliyeva, a master's student at the Kazakh-German University, as part of an international scientific program aimed at studying climate change and preserving water resources in Central Asia.

Along with the raising of the State Flag of Turkmenistan on the high mountain ridge, the ceremony also drew attention to the importance of such crucial issues as environmental protection, rational use of water resources, and support for youth environmental initiatives.

The raising of the State Flag of Turkmenistan at an altitude of 3,300 meters became one of the symbolic events glorifying the scientific and environmental initiatives of Turkmen youth within the framework of events dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Independence.
