
The Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) held an online training seminar aimed at improving the professional level of futsal referees in the region, enriching their international experience, and explaining new requirements for the rules of the game. This was reported by the Football Federation of Turkmenistan.
Representatives of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan actively participated in this training session. Representing our country, Vadim Baratow, an expert and referee assessor of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), and Timur Gulmyradow, an international-level referee, took part as speakers.
During the seminar, futsal referees from all corners of the Central Asian region were provided with detailed information about modern trends in the game, as well as recent changes made to the regulations. Experienced AFC expert Vadim Baratow shared his many years of experience with the participants and explained methods for referees to make the right decisions in difficult situations.
This event was of great importance in strengthening cooperation between football associations in the region and improving the professional skills of the referees. The regular participation of representatives and referees of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan in international-level events is a clear proof that the school of refereeing in our country is developing in accordance with global standards.
