At the World Akhal-Teke Horse Beauty Championship titled "Pearl of the East" held in the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Turkmen horses achieved a great victory, proving once again that they are the most beautiful horses in the world.

This competition, featuring the most elite horses from Central Asia and several countries worldwide—Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan—turned into a true festival of beauty.

During the judging process, the jury paid special attention to the horses' conformation, color, movements, and the nobility inherent in Akhal-Teke horses.

  • Among two-year-old horses: The horse named Meledag, belonging to the International Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex, stood out with its unique beauty and was unanimously declared the World Champion. The winner was draped in a blanket inscribed with "Pearl of the East," and the trainer (seyis) was presented with the Championship Cup and valuable gifts.
  • The highlight of the event was the competition among horses aged six and older. The horse named Aygytly from the Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex of the President of Turkmenistan earned the title of World Champion in this category.
  • The Grand Prize: This magnificent horse was awarded the Main Prize of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan—a brand-new passenger car. The keys to the vehicle and the Championship Cup were ceremoniously presented to the horse’s trainer.

Other representatives of the Turkmen equestrian school also achieved high results:

  • Gunesh (3-year-olds): Second place;
  • Sahawatly (4-year-olds): Third place.

Additionally, in the competition held among mares, a horse from Uzbekistan became the absolute champion. Its trainer was presented with the President of Turkmenistan's prize—the keys to a passenger car. This event showcased the high level of mutual respect and shared passion for equestrian sports between the two neighboring states.

As noted in the "Watan" news program, this victory in Tashkent further strengthened the status of the Turkmen horse in world culture.
