Turkmenabat International Airport of the "Turkmenhowayollary" State Service has announced an open international tender for the procurement of the world-renowned "Milestone" software to improve the operation of its video surveillance system.

Objective: To procure "Milestone" video management software and related technical solutions to ensure a security system that meets international standards.

Participation Requirements: Local and international companies, entrepreneurs, and private enterprises interested in participating must submit the following documents:

  • Official documents regarding the legal status and registration of the company.
  • Information on work experience in the field specified by the airport.
  • A power of attorney for the authorized representative and a copy of their passport.
  • A document confirming the payment of the established tender participation fee.

Deadlines and Submission:

  • Submission Period: Within 30 days from the date of publication.
  • Working Hours: From 09:00 to 18:00.
  • Location: Marketing and Contracts Department of Turkmenabat International Airport.

Tender proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The envelope must contain an electronic version of the information (in Word and Excel formats). Additionally, technical and economic specifications must be clearly indicated.
