Turkmenabat International Airport of the «Turkmenhowayollary» State Agency announces the extension of the deadline for the tender (in the form of a request for quotations) for the technical and preventive maintenance of the «Power Guard» type X-ray television, stationary, and manual metal detection equipment complex installed at Kerki International Airport.

These measures are aimed at maintaining the equipment in a constant state of operational readiness and preventing malfunctions and premature wear of components and parts through technical maintenance performed by authorized specialists.

Tender Participation Rules:

  • Application: Interested parties must submit an official application addressed to the Head of Turkmenabat International Airport. The application must indicate readiness to participate, consent to pay the tender fee, the participant's full name, legal status, and bank details.
  • Documentation: Along with the application, registration and constituent documents of the company, a power of attorney, and a copy of the authorized representative's passport must be submitted.
  • Payment: A non-refundable fee of 70 (seventy) manats (including VAT) must be paid to participate in the tender. Payment must be made within 5 working days from the date of the invoice, which is issued upon submission of a written application.
  • Tender documentation: After the payment is made, all tender documents will be sent to the participant.

  • Deadline for tender proposals: July 10, 2026.
  • Note: Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted.
