On July 28, a meeting of the Council of Permanent Plenipotentiary Representatives of the Commonwealth Member States to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth will be held at the CIS Executive Committee headquarters in Minsk. The main topic of the meeting will be summarizing the outcomes of Turkmenistan's Concept of Presidency in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2026 and the implementation of the action plan for the first half of the year. In addition, diplomats will review the draft agendas for the upcoming meetings of the Council of Foreign Ministers and the Council of Heads of State of the CIS, scheduled to be held in Turkmenistan on October 7 and 9 of this year. Meeting participants will also evaluate the work of the CIS Member States' Council for Tourism for 2022–2025. Furthermore, they will discuss the implementation status of the Roadmap for the implementation of key initiatives by heads of state and government, as well as issues regarding the deepening of cooperation among Commonwealth countries in the fields of digitalization, information and communication technologies, and healthcare.
