A meeting was held between the Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation

On April 18, 2026, within the framework of the fifth Antalya Diplomacy Forum, a brief meeting took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov. During the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to further developing the strategic partnership between Turkmenistan and Russia.
