A two-day seminar organized by the OSCE Centre concluded in Ashgabat, aiming to qualitatively update Turkmenistan's anti-corruption system. Representatives of the Mejlis, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Prosecutor General's Office, and other agencies, together with experts from Latvia, analyzed the architecture of the fight against corruption. The program included not only theory but also the analysis of simulated practices to identify risk zones and measure the effectiveness of measures taken. Special emphasis was placed on administrative transparency. A key outcome was the decision to integrate these methodologies into educational programs for future lawyers and diplomats, ensuring the continuity of reforms.
