Rustem Jumabayev, a tenant of the 5th tenant group of the "Azatlyk" daikhan association in Danew Etrap, is one of the farmers who has earned high prestige in agriculture through his love for the native land, hard work, and rich experience.

There is a wise saying among our people: "Even a thousand skills are not too many for a brave young man." The life path of Rustem Jumabayev clearly reflects the meaning of this proverb. Through his labor, diligence, and professional mastery, he has accumulated vast experience in various fields of agriculture and has been harvesting abundant crops from the native land for many years.

After graduating from secondary school in 1976, Rustem-aga studied at the etrap's training center for machine operators. He gratefully recalls the significant contribution of experienced machine operator Roman Jorayev in teaching him how to masterfully handle agricultural machinery.

Later, continuing to improve his professional knowledge, in 1985 he began his studies in agronomy through a correspondence course at the current agro-industrial secondary vocational training center in the city of Turkmenabat, completing his education in 1988.

Throughout his labor career, Rustem Jumabayev worked in various areas of agriculture. Starting in 1993, he worked as the head of a grain-growing tenant group, and later as an agronomist for grain farming. The experience accumulated over the years allowed him to establish himself as a skilled specialist in caring for crops, using land efficiently, and obtaining high yields.

Since 2018, he has been working diligently to achieve abundant harvests of the main agricultural crops—wheat and cotton. As an experienced tenant, Rustem-aga enjoys great respect not only in the "Azatlyk" daikhan association, but also among the agricultural workers of Danew Etrap.

Rustem Jumabayev's labor path in agriculture spans nearly 50 years, and his life philosophy serves as a role model for young farmers. His love for the native land, honest labor, and dedication to his profession are among the key conditions for a bountiful harvest and a prosperous life.
