Farmer’s Diligence — The Abundance of Our Markets
The reforms carried out in the agriculture of Turkmenistan pave the way for new achievements of land owners. Nurgeldi Hudayberenow, a tenant of the "Güýçbirleşik" farmers' association in the Halach district of Lebap province and an active member of the district committee of the Agrarian Party of Turkmenistan, is one of the experienced farmers who contributes greatly to the food abundance of our people through his honest labor.
Nurgeldi Hudayberenow is known as a tenant who has mastered the "ins and outs" of farming. For ten years now, he has been growing garlic and onions on his leased lands. This year, the farmer:
- planted garlic on 2 hectares;
- planted onions on 1 hectare and is caring for them according to the requirements.
According to the farmer from Halach, garlic and onions are among the most demanded crops in the daily consumption of our people. Therefore, the fertility of the land and the diligence of the farmer unite to ensure these crops are productive.
Currently, intensive work continues in the tenant's fields. The crops, flourishing from the farmer's dedication, already show their abundance and productivity. These plentiful products, which will soon be harvested, will be sent to the country's white markets and retail outlets. This will serve to stabilize prices in the domestic market and make the tables of our people even more bountiful.
The hardworking tenant aims to increase the types of food crops and obtain rich harvests in the future. He expresses his boundless gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and our esteemed President for all the opportunities created for his effective work and engagement with the land.
With the diligence of energetic farmers like Nurgeldi Hudayberenow, the abundance of the Turkmen land will further increase, and our markets will continue to be adorned with bountiful harvests.
