First shipment of granulated rapeseed meal sent from Bashkortostan to Turkmenistan

Last week, a shipment of granulated rapeseed meal was sent by rail from the Republic of Bashkortostan of the Russian Federation to Turkmenistan. This was reported on Monday by Uchalinskaya Gazeta.

The product was manufactured at an oil production plant and underwent phytosanitary inspection by specialists of Rosselkhoznadzor.

The high-protein feed additive intended for large and small livestock as well as poultry amounted to a total of 213 tonnes and was оформed in three trial consignments. Laboratory tests confirmed that the quality of the rapeseed meal fully complies with Turkmenistan’s phytosanitary requirements.

The shipment is carried out within the framework of the national project “International Cooperation and Export”, aimed at supporting entrepreneurship and promoting non-resource exports.
