Green Energy and Regional Cooperation: Heads of State Visit International Exhibition
As part of his working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov visited the "RES 2026 EXPO" international exhibition of green and sustainable technologies in Astana. This was reported by "Kazinform." This visit, conducted alongside other Heads of State participating in the regional ecological summit, reaffirmed the importance of ecological diplomacy and innovative solutions in the region.
During the exhibition, the Presidents of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan were introduced to the regional countries' achievements in green energy and efficient natural resource management.
Main Focus Areas of the Exposition:
- Ecosystem Sustainability: Modern methods for nature protection and maintaining ecological balance.
- Aral Sea Restoration: New innovative projects to improve the ecology of the Aral Sea region.
- Green Energy: The latest technologies for generating energy from solar, wind, and water sources.
In addition to state projects, the Heads of State were shown the work of private sector representatives, including solutions for waste recycling and the implementation of "green" technologies in industry.
