
The regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, held via digital system by Honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, became a platform for important decisions aimed at further improving the economic, legal, and social systems of Turkmenistan. Modernization of the Legal Framework The legal foundation of our state is being further strengthened. As noted during the meeting, within the framework of the recently held twelfth session, new draft laws were adopted regarding strategic areas such as human rights protection, industrial safety, migration, highways, and fisheries. Additionally, the exchange of experience on the circular economy with Uzbekistan within the parliamentary dialogue further strengthened Turkmenistan's position in the international legal space.
Energy: A New Stage for the "Galkynysh" Gas Field A historic step has been taken in the oil and gas sector. The adoption of the Decree on the creation of the "Galkynyshgaz" state enterprise under the "Türkmengaz" State Concern signifies that the energy strategy has entered a new phase.
Finance and Digital Systems To ensure the stability of the banking system, emphasis was placed on conducting regular audits in accordance with international standards. Furthermore, the scientific improvement of the cost-measurement framework in the construction sector will create conditions for the effective use of new and advanced technologies.

Culture and International Cooperation Ashgabat will soon become a center for international cultural events. In cooperation with TÜRKSOY, the 110th anniversary of the famous composer Weli Muhadow and Opera Days will be celebrated at a high level. Simultaneously, the Turkmen-Chinese Business Forum to be held in the capital will define new directions for cooperation in trade, economy, and digital technologies.
The Honorable President pays special attention to the healthy development and meaningful leisure of the younger generation. Instructions were given to fully prepare health centers in Gökdere, the "Avaza" National Tourist Zone, and regional centers to receive children for the upcoming summer holiday season.
The results of the meeting proved once again that Turkmenistan's main principle, "The State is for the Person!", prevails in all spheres of life.
