For the purpose of holding the meeting of the People's Council of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan in a solemn and highly organized manner, the Presidium of the People's Council of Turkmenistan resolves:

  1. To create an Organizational Committee for holding the meeting of the People's Council of Turkmenistan at a high level and to approve its composition.
  2. The Office of the People's Council of Turkmenistan, together with the Mejlis, shall provide organizational and methodological assistance to the People's Councils of velayats, etraps, and cities in activities related to the preparation and conduct of the meeting of the People's Council of Turkmenistan and coordinate these activities.
