During the official event, the ambassador conveyed warm greetings and best wishes to the US leader on behalf of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. President Donald Trump, in turn, expressed his gratitude for the respect shown and extended his friendly greetings and best wishes to the top leadership of Turkmenistan. Within the framework of the meeting, the parties highlighted the strategic importance of the bilateral relations established between the two countries, which have been ongoing for more than 34 years.
