The Principle of Good Neighborliness: The Head of State Congratulated the Brotherly Azerbaijani People
The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his warm congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the brotherly Azerbaijani people on the occasion of the country's national holiday—Independence Day.
