The Oguz Khan Turkmen University of Engineering Technologies invites senior students of general education schools to participate in the IV integrated Olympiad “Talented Generations of Oguz Khan.”
The Olympiad will cover mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, and logical reasoning for students of grades 9–12. A maximum of 20 students per school (5 per grade) with the best results in these subjects may participate.
Interested students must register online on the university’s official website by February 25.
The Olympiad will be conducted in three stages — district, regional, and national — in both Turkmen and English.
The first stage will take place from March 10 to 17, and the second stage on April 8. Students who successfully pass the I and II stages will be invited to the final III stage in Ashgabat in June, with an extensive educational and cultural program for participants.
Winners and prizewinners will receive university diplomas and valuable gifts, as well as recommendations for admission to higher education institutions in Turkmenistan and abroad.
Additionally, participants who successfully complete any stage of the Olympiad will be included in the university’s “Golden Fund of Talented Generations of Oguz Khan,” providing advantages when entering the university.
Complete information about the Olympiad, registration, and application procedures is available on the university website.
The integrated Olympiad is held for the fourth consecutive year and is one of the university’s effective programs to attract talented youth.
In previous years, many successful participants continue their studies at this prestigious university and other higher education institutions in the country and abroad.
The Olympiad is highly popular among students, with about 25,000 talented participants from different regions of the country annually. Prizes are awarded to the best of the best.
Strict supervision in selecting winners, requiring excellent preparation, deep theoretical knowledge, and high-level practical skills, motivates young talents to demonstrate their abilities.
The Olympiad contributes significantly to priority tasks in the country’s science and education, including strengthening connections between schools and universities, encouraging youth interest in science, and educating talented, active, and skilled young people capable of using innovative technologies and solving complex problems independently.
