Turkmen School Students Participate in International Chemistry Olympiad
Turkmen school students are participating in the 2nd Abu Rayhan Biruni International Chemistry Olympiad, held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
According to uza.uz, the Olympiad began on May 28 and brought together 115 students from 15 countries, including the host Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Belarus, Vietnam, Russia, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
The competition consists of two stages: a theoretical written test and a practical laboratory experiment. The Olympiad runs through June 4.
Within the program, participants also attend masterclasses led by international experts. Additionally, they enjoy excursions to historical and cultural landmarks in Tashkent and Samarkand.
