A Festive Gift from the Students

During the grand celebrations of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality, the V Open International Online Olympiad in Physics, organized by the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute, revealed many talented young students.

A total of 378 students from 53 universities of Turkmenistan and foreign countries took part in the competition. The participants successfully solved theoretical problems in physics using modern information and communication technologies, demonstrating and enhancing their abilities. As a result, students of the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after S. Seydi, Magtymguly Turkmen State University, and the Aba Annayev International Horse Breeding Academy of Turkmenistan earned high scores.

High evaluations were also given to the performances of participants from Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (Russia), Nizami National Pedagogical University (Uzbekistan), Xinjiang University (China), Belarusian State University, the University of Memphis (USA), and other international students. The winners were awarded diplomas and valuable prizes. These achievements became a wonderful gift in honor of the remarkable anniversary.

During the same festive days, students majoring in biology at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the institute also achieved great success. Our students won 9 prize places at the IV International Online Olympiad organized by the State Medical University of Turkmenistan named after Myrat Garryev.
Cheper Begenjova, Gozel Bayramova, and Mehriban Merdanova received gold medals;
Zumrat Rovshenova, Mehriban Guwanchgelidiyeva, Oguljennet Rahmanova, and Sabyr Hydyrow — silver;

They accurately and correctly fulfilled all requirements of the competition, demonstrating strong academic skills.

“Our preparations led by our faculty member Bagtygul Aydogdyyeva produced excellent results. It is a great source of pride that nine of our students achieved prize-winning places in an international online olympiad involving students from many prestigious universities worldwide. These successes prove the high academic and professional level of our students. We will continue to work hard to provide excellent education and training for our youth,” said Maisa Veyisova, head of the Department of Biology and Teaching Methods.

The achievements of our students in the international online olympiad further elevate the spirit of the national celebrations dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Permanent Neutrality.
