The State Commercial Bank "Türkmenistan" of Turkmenistan informs that, according to Presidential Decree No. 2406 dated August 27, 2021, “On financial support for projects of small and medium-sized enterprises aimed at creating, producing, purchasing, and implementing National Program products,” preferential loans are being offered.

Loans for entrepreneurs are provided as follows:

1. For works related to creating National Program products and manufacturing equipment — at an annual rate of 2%,
for a period of 5 years, including a 2-year grace period, with at least 15% self-financing;

2. For purchasing and implementing ready-made National Program products and equipment — at an annual rate of 2%,
for a period of 3 years, including a 6-month grace period, with at least 15% self-financing.
