Phytomineral Treatment Gel — a New Innovation by Turkmen Scientists

The State Service for Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan has registered the copyright for the development technology of the “Phytomineral treatment gel based on alunite, dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis).”

The authors of the scientific research are A. Rahmanova and D. Gadamov, specialists of the Biotechnology Laboratory of the International Scientific and Technology Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.

Alunite is a mineral known for its strong antimicrobial and astringent properties. It gently tightens irritated skin, balances moisture levels, and limits the spread of microbes and impurities. In the gel, alunite acts not as a cosmetic cover but as a restorative and stabilizing mineral active at the local level.

Dandelion is rich in phytochemical compounds and has long been used in traditional medicine. It reduces redness, soothes irritation, and supports the natural regeneration of tissues.

Rosemary is a powerful natural stimulant and antioxidant. Its extract and essential components have toning, antimicrobial, and strengthening effects. Its aroma is associated with mental clarity and physical vitality.

— This complex treatment gel is not just a modern remedy but also a sign that natural medicine, when approached scientifically, can be highly effective. Alunite gives the foundation, dandelion provides softness, and rosemary brings energy. Together, they create harmony, reminding us that skin is a living organ capable of self-recovery under proper conditions, — said Altyn Rahmanova, head of the biotechnology laboratory.

The development and application of biotechnologies is one of the main areas of Turkmenistan’s state policy. Scientists actively integrate scientific achievements into the national economy within the framework of the “2024–2052 Strategy for the Development of Science in Turkmenistan” and the “2024–2028 State Program for the Comprehensive Development of Biotechnology in Turkmenistan.”
