137,000 "Bilimli" Laptops Delivered to Schools in Turkmenistan for the New Academic Year

In accordance with the Presidential Decree signed on March 22, 2024, a total of 137,054 "Bilimli" laptops were successfully produced and delivered to educational institutions across all regions of Turkmenistan ahead of the new school year. The production and timely delivery were completed by two national enterprises.

By "Agzybirlik tilsimaty" (68,527 laptops):

  • Lebap province – 24,376

  • Ahal province – 19,543

  • Mary province – 7,154

  • Ashgabat city – 16,954

  • Arkadag city – 500

Technical Improvements:

  • Operating System: Upgraded from Android 14.0 + Google services to Android 15.0 + Google services

  • RAM: Increased from DDR4 4 GB to DDR4 6 GB

  • Connectivity: Enhanced with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n + Bluetooth 4.0
