A New Program Launched in the U.S.: Green Card for $1 Million
A new website, trumpcard.gov, has officially gone live in the United States, where the government is offering, for the first time, a direct path to obtaining a Green Card for a fixed amount — without investment projects, without job creation, and without complex schemes.
The principle is simple:
$1 million → transfer to the U.S. Treasury → permanent resident status.
What needs to be done:
-
Register at trumpcard.gov
-
Pay $15,000 for screening (non-refundable fee)
-
Pass a DHS background check
-
After approval, pay $1,000,000
Available options:
-
Gold Card — $1M (individuals)
-
Corporate Gold Card — $2M (companies)
-
Platinum Card — $5M
-
priority processing
-
up to 270 days without taxes on foreign income
-
Important details:
-
This is not citizenship, but permanent residency
-
You become a U.S. tax resident on worldwide income
-
The $15,000 fee is non-refundable in case of refusal
-
Each family member pays separately
-
Funds go directly to the U.S. federal budget
The program is based on EB-1 and EB-2, where the financial contribution is now considered a “significant benefit to the United States.”
