Berdimuhamedov and Aliyev Charitable Foundations Signed a Memorandum of Understanding
Oguljahan Atabaeva, Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding during a meeting held on Tuesday in the National Tourist Zone “Avaza.” This was reported by Turkmenistan’s official media.
During the talks, the parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation in the humanitarian field, including collaboration in children's healthcare, exchange of experience between specialized foundations, and expansion of charitable initiatives.
Oguljahan Atabaeva emphasized the importance of cultural and humanitarian partnership as an essential component of interstate relations and highlighted the potential for further institutional cooperation.
Leyla Aliyeva, expressing gratitude for the invitation and hospitality, underscored the significance of ongoing humanitarian projects and the relevance of joint initiatives aimed at supporting children.
On the same day, a branch of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was opened in Avaza.
