Conference “30 Years of Neutrality — a Celebration of Peace and Progress” Held in Halach
On the occasion of the widely celebrated 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality, various events are being held throughout the country. One of these significant gatherings was the meeting titled “Neutrality — Witness of Our Happiness,” organized by the Halach district committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan. Filled with a festive spirit, national pride, and public unity, the event added to the joy of local residents.
Speakers emphasized that Neutrality is one of the greatest achievements of our era, providing the nation with a peaceful, prosperous, and steadily developing life. The broad opportunities offered by Neutrality were highlighted, including new avenues of international cooperation, economic development, and expanding partnerships with global best practices in education, science, sports, and healthcare.
Special attention was paid to Turkmenistan’s role on the world stage. Permanent Neutrality has established the country as a reliable supporter of peacekeeping policies, trust-based diplomacy, and principles of cooperation. The domestic and foreign policy pursued by our Arkadagly Hero-Serdar receives broad international support and further strengthens Turkmenistan’s authority.
During the event, active party members who contributed significantly to public and political work, youth education, and promoting the State Leader’s policies among the population were presented with holiday gifts. These awards symbolize appreciation for their dedicated and responsible efforts.
