Modern Production as a Contribution to the Construction Sector of Our Country
The role of private entrepreneurship in the development of Turkmenistan’s industrial sector is steadily growing. Across the country, the number of enterprises producing high-quality products using modern equipment is increasing. One such enterprise is the private company “Päkize-Aý”, located in the Halaç village council of Halaç district.
This company was launched in 2021 under the leadership of entrepreneur Annageldi Rozyyev. Currently, about 50 professionals work at the company, most of whom are young people. The main product of the factory is asbestos-cement roofing sheets, which are seeing increasing demand day by day.
According to Annageldi Rozyyev, modern technological equipment from the People's Republic of China is used in the production process. The plant produces up to 1,000 roofing sheets per day. Each sheet is 1 meter wide and 1.75 meters long, and great attention is given to the quality of the products.
The production process is almost fully automated. Asbestos is crushed in a special machine, then mixed with cement and water. The mixture is shaped under high pressure using special equipment. The formed sheets are then steam-cured in an oven for 5-6 hours, dried, and prepared for market.
Around 90% of the raw materials are sourced domestically, which helps reduce production costs and makes the products more affordable for the population.
Currently, the company's products are supplied not only to the domestic market but also exported to neighboring countries such as Afghanistan and Uzbekistan, highlighting its growing export potential.
Annageldi Rozyyev emphasizes that the company's success is the result of team unity and hard work. He acknowledged the contributions of Arslan Kerimov, Atamyrat Rozyyev, Akmyrat Owezov, Nowruz Rahymov, and Merdan Bakyyev.
He added that the production achievements reflect the national economic strategy being consistently implemented:
