Total Value of Transactions at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan Exceeded 1.471 Million USD

Last week, 14 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET).

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan purchased base oil (produced by the “Türkmennebit” State Concern), liquefied gas, and sodium chloride (produced by the “Türkmenhimiýa” State Concern).

Additionally, for foreign currency, representatives of business circles from Serbia, the United Arab Emirates, and Afghanistan purchased unrefined dried licorice root, dyed fabrics, men’s shirts, and Portland cement. The total value of these transactions exceeded 1.471 million US dollars.

For the domestic market, Turkmen entrepreneurs purchased thick licorice root extract, base oil, aerated concrete blocks, cotton soapstock, and crude fatty acids of cottonseed oil for a total amount exceeding 5.818 million manats.
