Chinese Company Lisuan Technology Releases First Test Results of Its Lisuan G100 GPU
Chinese company Lisuan Technology has revealed the first benchmark results of its Lisuan G100 GPU, produced using SMIC’s 6nm process. The graphics card features 32 compute units, 256 MB of video memory, and a 300 MHz clock speed.
In Geekbench OpenCL testing, the Lisuan G100 scored around 15,524 points, which is comparable to older GPUs such as the NVIDIA GTX 660 Ti and Radeon R9 370. So far, claims of competitiveness with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 remain unconfirmed.
The company states that the GPU is currently in the Risk Production phase, with mass production expected in late 2025 or early 2026. Lisuan is also facing driver and optimization challenges that still need to be addressed.
