Turkmenistan to Hold Public Auction for Privatization of State-Owned Properties
Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan has announced an upcoming public auction as part of the ongoing privatization of state-owned properties. This step aims to accelerate the country’s transition to a market economy and attract private investments.
The auction will take place on June 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ministry's building located at 156 Archabil Avenue, Ashgabat. Participation is available both in person and online via a digital platform and mobile application.

Among the listed properties are assets from various government ministries and provincial administrations, including several from the Lebap region. Available lots include commercial buildings, manufacturing facilities, service centers, and residential units.

Foreign companies must obtain approval from the Risk Protection Agency under the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan.

Applications are accepted from the publication date until one day before the auction.
Registration is done online via www.e.fineconomic.gov.tm or the mobile app “Bäsleşikler”.
On auction day, participant check-in begins at 9:00 AM.
