“Dayhanbank” Offers Student Loans at 5% Annual Interest
The State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan, “Dayhanbank,” has launched a special “Student Loan” program with a low annual interest rate of 5%. The loan is designed to cover tuition fees for students in higher and secondary professional educational institutions in the country.
The maximum loan amount is 42,000 manat, with a repayment period of up to three years. The program aims to support youth, encourage creative initiatives, and create favorable opportunities for skill development.
Loans are provided exclusively in non-cash form. For loans up to 10-15 thousand manat, personal guarantees are accepted, while larger amounts require collateral.
