Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on Declaring 11–13 December 2025 Non-Working Days
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for the population of the country to solemnly celebrate the International Day of Neutrality and to provide proper rest on the occasion of the glorious 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s attainment of the status of permanent neutrality, I hereby decree:

To declare 11–13 December 2025 as non-working days.

To ensure the implementation of this Decree by all ministries, enterprises, and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership.
