Economic Exhibition Dedicated to the 34th Anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence Opens as a “Clear Expression of Victorious Development”
A large-scale exhibition showcasing Turkmenistan’s economic achievements has officially opened in honor of the 34th anniversary of the country’s Independence. According to TDH, the event has become a vivid reflection of the broad reforms, industrialization, and innovation-driven development strategy carried out during the Revival of a New Era of a Powerful State, within the Year of Peace and Trust.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in his welcome address to the exhibition participants, emphasized the importance of this significant event in presenting the nation’s high achievements and socio-economic successes to the international community.
He noted that the accomplishments in socio-economic development serve as a solid foundation for the future. The creation of large industrial complexes, the introduction of advanced technologies, the transition to a digital economy, and the construction of new towns and villages are all aimed at improving the living standards of the population. These efforts further reinforce the solid foundation of Independence.
The exhibition displays major national and regional projects, modern enterprises, and high-quality, eco-friendly products, clearly highlighting the depth of the country’s economic progress and the successful implementation of modernization and diversification policies.
Turkmenistan’s economic power continues to strengthen through well-implemented state and sectoral programs. Expanding export potential, meeting domestic demand, and promoting Turkmen products in global markets are driving the development of both industry and entrepreneurship.
President Berdimuhamedov underlined that the path chosen by the Turkmen people is one of creativity, progress, and peace. Today, Turkmenistan is internationally recognized as an economically strong, politically stable, neutral, and democratic state.
Concluding his address, the President once again warmly congratulated participants on the opening of the exhibition, wishing everyone good health, prosperity, and great success in their work.
