President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed the forum participants, warmly congratulating them on the commencement of this significant event. In his speech, he emphasized Turkmenistan’s broad investment opportunities and expressed strong confidence that the forum would make a major contribution to strengthening international cooperation.

As noted by the President, this forum is being held on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence and in the year marking the 30th anniversary of the country’s permanent neutrality. Such large-scale events are a clear reflection of the state’s economic policy. The President also stated that the forum serves important goals such as increasing the country's industrial potential, diversifying the economy, and expanding the production of goods that are in high demand on world markets.

The comprehensive reforms being carried out in Turkmenistan’s economy and the implementation of strategic programs create broad opportunities for developing partnerships with foreign investors. The forum will include the exchange of experience among international financial and banking institutions, foreign entrepreneurs, Turkmen businesses, and state organizations, as well as discussions on implementing new projects.

Key topics of the forum include the development of the digital economy, the introduction of innovative technologies, and bringing production standards in line with international levels. It is also expected that new partnerships will be formed and agreements on joint projects will be signed.

At the end of his address, the President wished all forum participants good health, family well-being, and great success in their endeavors.
