Europe's most expensive streets revealed

According to the list compiled by the famous research company Cushman & Wakefield, the most expensive streets for real estate in Europe are led by London's New Bond Street. On this street, the monthly rental price for one square meter of retail space reaches $2,758, a 20% increase over the past year.

The second spot goes to Via Montenapoleone in Milan, Italy, where the rental cost is $1,780 per square meter.

In third place is the famous Champs-Élysées in Paris, France, with a rental price of $1,513 per square meter.

Also included in the list is Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich, Switzerland, where the rental cost is $854 per square meter, making it relatively lower compared to the other streets.
