Grok Has Found Its Voice

The Grok chatbot developed by xAI has been upgraded with a new feature — it can now communicate through voice. With this addition, users can interact with Grok not only by typing but also by speaking, and receive audio responses in return.

The voice mode is currently available in the Grok app for iOS devices. For Android users, the feature is limited to those with a SuperGrok subscription.

The technology supports multiple languages, making communication with AI more convenient and accessible for a broader audience. xAI founder Elon Musk praised the new capability on the social platform X, stating: “Try Grok’s voice mode. It’s amazing.”

Grok itself humorously commented on the update: “Grok said, ‘Let there be voice,’ and there was voice.”
