Ronaldo Becomes the First Footballer to Reach 950 Career Goals

Cristiano Ronaldo, playing for Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, has become the first footballer in history to score 950 goals in his career.

According to Report, the Portuguese striker scored in an away match of the Saudi Pro League’s sixth round against Al-Hazm. After his goal, the score became 2–0 in favor of Al-Nassr.

Following Ronaldo is Argentine forward Lionel Messi of Inter Miami, who has 891 goals.

Ronaldo, 40, is a five-time UEFA Champions League winner, European champion, two-time Nations League winner, and the all-time top scorer in international football, the European Championship, the Champions League, and the Club World Cup.

He joined Al-Nassr in December 2022 and has previously played for Portugal’s Sporting, England’s Manchester United, Italy’s Juventus, and Spain’s Real Madrid.
