Ronaldo's Al-Nassr failed to reach the final of the Asian Champions League

Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr lost to Japan's Kawasaki Frontale in the semifinal match of the Asian Champions League.

The match, held on neutral ground in Jeddah, ended with a 3:2 score in favor of Kawasaki. The winners' goals were scored by Ito Ito, Yuto Ozeki, and Akihiro Ienaga. For Al-Nassr, Ayman Yahya and Sadio Mané found the net, while Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo played the full match without contributing any goal involvements.

In the tournament final on May 3, Kawasaki Frontale will face another Saudi Arabian club, Al-Ahli.
