Grain Growers’ Labor Victory: Over 1.4 Million Tons of Wheat Delivered to the Homeland

Turkmenistan’s grain growers have achieved a major labor victory. As a result of their diligent and productive work, 1 million 407 thousand tons of high-quality wheat have been delivered to the Homeland’s grain depots, reports the TDH.

Agriculture plays a vital role in the national economy and is one of the strategic pillars of development. With vast land resources and favorable soil and climate conditions, Turkmenistan prioritizes agricultural development to ensure food security and enhance export potential.

Efforts include scientific innovation, investment in modern infrastructure, improved procurement prices, and strengthening the role of private farmers. This year, both state and private producers contributed to the record wheat harvest, further reinforcing the nation's food abundance.
