To the brave grain growers and all agricultural workers of Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan

Respected masters of the harvest!
Valiant grain farmers!
I sincerely congratulate you on the successful fulfillment of your contractual obligations to the Homeland by harvesting more than 1 million 400 thousand tons of grain from the generous Turkmen soil.
In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, which pays great respect to the traditions of our ancestors, such a high result was achieved thanks to the united and diligent labor of our skilled tenants, private producers, mechanizers, scientists, and every agricultural worker engaged in the cultivation and successful harvesting of grain. In this remarkable labor achievement, there is a worthy contribution from every advanced farmers’ association, agricultural enterprise, private producer, and all rural workers across the country. We will continue to create broad opportunities for our brave grain farmers, who successfully continue the noble profession of the daikhan, to work productively, harvest abundantly from fertile land, and prosper through honest labor.
Valiant grain growers!
In the International Year of Peace and Trust, when we are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Permanent Neutrality of our Homeland, large-scale reforms are being implemented in all sectors of our rapidly developing national economy. During the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, practical measures are being carried out to modernize and accelerate the development of agriculture, turning it into one of the most profitable sectors of the economy. Our state is providing all necessary conditions for Turkmen farmers to work productively, harvest generously, achieve high results, and live in prosperity and happiness.
Major efforts are being made to reform and rapidly develop the agro-industrial complex, and to increase the fertility of our motherland’s soil. All efforts aimed at enabling our hardworking people to live a comfortable life through their dedication clearly reflect the successful implementation of our main state policy: "The Homeland is the people! The State is the people!"
Dear agricultural workers!
You are diligently working to grow abundant harvests of wheat, cotton, vegetables, and other crops on the fertile Turkmen land. Thanks to your dedication, the rich agricultural experience passed down by our ancestors is being combined with modern agronomic science, leading to major achievements not only in grain production but across all agricultural sectors.
Currently, extensive measures are being taken to reform the agricultural sector, consistently purchase high-performance machinery from leading global manufacturers, provide farmers, landowners, and leaseholders with mineral fertilizers that improve soil fertility, and widely implement the latest scientific advancements. These steps help our farmers achieve higher results. The increase in the state purchasing price for wheat, the establishment of the Scientific Research Institute of Grain Crops, and the cultivation of high-yielding varieties have created favorable conditions for further advancement in this field. This, in turn, contributes to the continuous development of agricultural production, including the grain sector, and to the improvement of living standards in rural areas.
Farming has been considered a noble occupation since ancient times. Grain is the wealth of the people. Therefore, I am confident that you will harvest every last grain you have grown with great effort and dedication without waste, and from today, firmly lay the foundation for a bountiful harvest in the new year.
Respected masters of the harvest!
Valiant grain farmers!
Once again, I sincerely congratulate our distinguished grain growers and agricultural workers who have achieved high results, the combine operators and drivers who worked diligently to swiftly and efficiently collect and transport the harvested grain, and all our citizens who contributed to this outstanding labor victory. I wish you strong health, family well-being, and great success in your noble mission to continue the glorious traditions of our ancestors and to contribute to the further prosperity of our Motherland.
President of Turkmenistan
