Turkmen Youth Are Invited to Study Pilot Training in Turkey

The Open Joint Stock Company "Turkmenistan" announces the selection of candidates for a 4-year pilot training program at the Aviation Association University of the Republic of Turkey.
All expenses related to the training will be financed by "Turkmenistan" JSC under a contract.

Candidate Selection Procedure
Young people wishing to study for a pilot's profession at the Aviation Association University of Turkey must meet the following requirements:

Must be a citizen of Turkmenistan;

Must undergo a medical examination at the Medical Center of "Turkmenhowayollary" at the Ashgabat International Airport in accordance with ICAO standards within 15 days;

Must have a secondary education;

Must be under 25 years old;

Must have a military service certificate.
Candidates are accepted based on competition results from the entrance exams. The training process begins with the following stages:

Initial interview at "Turkmenistan" JSC;

Interview (exam) with representatives of the Turkish university;

Medical examination in Ankara, Turkey.
Documents Submission Deadline:
Documents must be submitted by July 15, 2025, from the date of publication of the official announcement.

Completed application form;

Passport (original and copy);

Military certificate (original and copy);

Educational certificate (original and copy);

Medical certificate from "Turkmenhowayollary" Medical Center;

Certificates from narcology and psychoneurology dispensaries;

Recommendation letter from the last educational institution or employer;

8 photographs (3×4 cm);

Copy of the work record book (if employed);

Copies of documents confirming victory in state or international competitions.
Entrance Exams:
The entrance exams are held in the following subjects:

English (speaking, writing, and reading);
-
Mathematics;
-
Physics.
Certificates of additional training in these subjects are also accepted. Knowledge of other foreign languages is also considered.
The exams will be held from July 21 to August 10, 2025, at the Air Transport Employee Training Center in Ashgabat.
Note on Contract:
A three-party contract (Aviation Company – Student – Employer) will be signed with candidates who successfully pass all selection stages. According to the contract, the student is obliged to work as a pilot in the airline for 10 years after successful completion of studies.
All tuition fees are covered by the airline. Additional costs (visa, health insurance, food, accommodation, communication, and travel expenses) will be covered by the candidate.
