Young Generation — the Backbone and Future of the Nation

In the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, under the wise leadership of our Esteemed President, the state youth policy in our country has been enriched with new meaning and content. The great trust placed in the younger generation as the future of our beloved Homeland, and the responsibilities entrusted to them, clearly demonstrate that care for youth is successfully implemented at the state level.

Our Esteemed President’s inspiring words:
“We see the youth as the builders of the future of our dear Homeland. We place special trust in the young generation in achieving great goals,”
highlight the inseparable connection between the fate of the youth and the bright future of our country. Today, the improved and expanded approach to youth affairs shows the strategic importance of this policy for society as a whole.

The President’s initiatives aim to ensure the harmonious physical and spiritual development of the youth, shaping them into individuals with a broad worldview, capable of mastering advanced technologies, morally upright, and well-educated. The upcoming Youth Forum, organized within the framework of the 3rd UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries in the “Awaza” National Tourist Zone, reflects the global significance of the state's support for youth.

The “National Program of Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022–2052” and the “Law on State Youth Policy” ensure that all necessary conditions are created for young people to actively participate in political, economic, and cultural development. Each article of these documents outlines a strong foundation of state-level support for youth.

Instilling patriotism, humanism, high morality, and respect for the glorious history, national traditions, and family values of our people is a core principle of the President’s youth policy. Accordingly, wide opportunities are provided for youth to receive modern education, develop professionally, and remain open to global experiences.

In this regard, Maral Hayytjanova, a student at the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute, states:

“The introduction of innovations and modern trends in education provides us, the youth, not only with academic knowledge but also helps us grow into skilled and developed individuals. Our university's modern classrooms, library, and creative and scientific organizations create excellent learning conditions for students.”

With the widespread adoption of innovative technologies, Turkmenistan’s education system is being enriched with new content. Educational portals, new methodologies, and digital platforms give youth access to global-level information. The modern buildings under construction for the new higher education institution in Turkmenabat open broad paths for the younger generation to receive quality education that meets contemporary standards.

The care shown toward youth in our country fills the hearts of every young person with pride. To be worthy of these opportunities means studying diligently, being ready to contribute, and aligning our personal growth with the development of our nation — for the prosperous future of our country.
