Basketball Tournament Held in Charjev District of Lebap Province
On July 11, 2025, a youth basketball competition titled “Sport – A Step Toward Perfection” was held at the 1st Sports School of Charjev District, Lebap Province, organized by the District Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.
The main goal of the event was to organize meaningful and purposeful summer activities for young people, keep them away from harmful habits, promote a healthy lifestyle, and raise physically and mentally healthy generations through sports. Another aim was to encourage youth participation in mass sports events.
Young athletes from secondary schools in the district took part in the tournament. The competition was intense and exciting. The winning teams received commemorative gifts and awards from the District Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.
