For the First Time: Starship Flight to Be Showcased in Full Glory in 4K

SpaceX is preparing for the next test flight of its reusable rocket system. Scheduled for the last ten days of May, this flight will be the tenth in a series of tests and, for the first time, will be broadcast live in high-definition 4K. This was announced by SpaceX CEO Elon Musk. The test will involve the Ship 36 and Super Heavy 15 prototypes. The previous nine flights enabled engineers to refine key technologies, including the successful landing of the Super Heavy rocket using the Mechazilla system. Starship previously encountered technical challenges (vibrations and fuel leaks) on two occasions, but this time, the 4K live broadcast promises not only to showcase technical advancements but also to deliver an unprecedented level of detail and visual splendor to viewers. The introduction of 4K video capabilities on the X platform in May 2025 is a key part of a strategy to strengthen competition with YouTube and TikTok while enhancing the quality of video content. This marks a new era for high-quality live broadcasts of space exploration events.
