Samsung Galaxy M17 smartphone unveiled: affordable price and high-quality display
Samsung has officially introduced the Galaxy M17 smartphone — one of the company’s latest and most affordable models. Priced from $140, the device stands out with its high-quality image-stabilized display, optical image stabilization (OIS) camera, and several other features.
The smartphone features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 1100 nits of peak brightness. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Additionally, there is a 13 MP front-facing camera housed in a waterdrop-style notch.
On the back, the phone is equipped with:

At its core, the device is powered by a Samsung Exynos 1330 SoC, paired with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Users can expand storage via microSD card up to 2 TB. The phone is backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.
The Galaxy M17 runs One UI 7, based on Android 15, right out of the box. It includes a hybrid dual-SIM slot, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security, a slim 7.5 mm body, and IP54 certification for dust and water resistance.
As for pricing, the 4/128 GB variant is offered at $140, while the 8/128 GB version is priced at $175.
